High Performance Wide Angle DBR Design for Optoelectronic Devices

To improve the performance of optoelectronic devices, a high wide angle SiO 2 /Ti xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3 O xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">5 Distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) mirror was designed and fabricated on double polished sapphire substrate. 17-pairs gradually varied DBR structure applied in order to acquire broad stopband reflectivity over 95% from 400 nm 800 nm, covering whole visible light region. The mirrors deposited at backside optoelectronics devices are also demonstrated remain incident angles, which improves emission efficiency LEDs absorption InGaN/GaN photoelectrochemical cell (PEC).
